How to measure
Four numbers, one tape
Use a soft tape over light clothing or directly on skin. Stand relaxed, breathe normally, keep the tape snug — never tight.

Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under the arms and parallel to the floor.

Natural waist
The narrowest point of your torso, usually just above the navel. Don't suck in.

Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your seat.
- 04
Inseam
From the inside top of your leg to the floor with shoes off. Use a pair of trousers you love as a reference.

Fit notes worth knowing
Between sizes?
Our knits and outerwear cut generously — size down for a cleaner line. Tailoring runs true; pick the size that matches your bust or chest.
Pre-washed denim
All Nerva denim is rinsed at the atelier. Expect ≤1 cm relaxation in the waist after the first wear, no further shrinkage.
Footwear
Italian-made shoes follow EU sizing. Half sizes are not produced — when in doubt, size up and use the included felt insole.
